1971 Charger - Orange - flat hood (252 made) Found 3 - 2 Left!

Price: $179.95
  • Model: 29675
  • In Stock

#29675 - IN STOCK in 1:18 scale (found 3 wow) only 252 were produced back in 2007, and are 1 of only 2 of the 1971 Chargers made with a stock flat hood. In Hemi Orange, it's a pretty basic car, with the small chrome poverty caps, no stripes, no rear spoiler, but powered by a 440-4 barrel, and some neat options. Has an individual serial number on the chassis (see sample #171 of 252 on muffler) plus has all the great Authentic Series detail.

Features correct style hinges for the opening hood, doors, trunk, a carpeted interior, with folding seats and folding visors, then under the hood a wired and plumbed 440-4 motor.

This real limited car was made by RC2/Ertl using the Authentic Series mold, just prior to their getting out of the 1:18 die cast business in 2007. These are now getting very hard to find. More info below...

These were the very last overall cars released that were actually made by Ertl, and in Ertl packaging. This car is duplicating a real car, just 252 made of these last production RC2/Ertl cars. NOTE: None are currently on ebay, and none recently completed. A ways back one was on ebay at $299 Buy-It-Now (wow). Similar Orange ones with higher production currently are on ebay at $179.95 to $239.95, so we think this is fairly priced. We can ship one to you right now, as this is a great looking rare 1:18 Mopar, with just three two available.
